Regenerative Leadership Learning Journey

Client: Regenerators (regeneratos.co)

Project: A portal of branches and critters opens, revealing a forest clearing where people have gathered around the fire to share stories, ideas, music, and visions for flourishing futures. Seated amid the shifting lunar cycle, the pulsing of mycelium, and the growth and decay of living organisms, this animated collage hints at the core design principles of the Regenerative Leadership Journey. It is a world in becoming-with, where the more-than-human world isn’t a backdrop or scenery but a feeling, sensory ecosystem acting in concert and conviviality with humans. I wanted this collage to truly get to the heart of what hundreds of alumni found so meaningful about the Journey: the warm community, the tenderly facilitated spaces, and the new career paths and connections that were born from taking the course.
